Fresh Keeper-IUT -90°C Dry Ice Temperature Data Logger
A reusable external-probe logger for dry ice, ultra-low freezers and specialist cold-chain applications. It combines real-time LCD status, configurable alarms, temporary reporting and automatic PDF/CSV output.
Introduction
Fresh Keeper-IUT is a reusable ultra-low temperature data logger developed for dry ice transportation and storage. Its internal NTC sensor records temperatures across a wide range from -90°C to +70°C, making it suitable for vaccines, stem cells, gene-detection materials, biological samples and other products that require stable low-temperature conditions.
The logger includes a clear LCD display that presents the current reading, maximum and minimum values, alarm condition, battery status and recording state. Before use, parameters can be configured with Freshliance Tools, including logging interval, start delay, alarm thresholds, start method and report settings.
After monitoring is complete, the device connects directly to a computer through USB 2.0 and automatically generates PDF, CSV or combined PDF-and-CSV reports. The pause and temporary-report functions allow users to inspect data during an active trip and continue recording afterwards.

Freshliance Tools
Freshliance Tools is the configuration, retrieval and analysis software used with the Fresh Keeper-IUT. When the logger is connected through USB, the software automatically detects the device and displays the device ID, battery level, logging interval, operating status, start mode and saved parameters.
Before deployment, users can configure the logging interval, start delay, alarm limits, time zone, start mode and report settings. Recorded ultra-low-temperature data can be reviewed using interactive graphs, detailed tables and maximum, minimum, average and MKT statistics.
The software supports export in PDF, CSV, TXT and PNG formats, comparison of several loggers on one chart and multiple languages. Standard PDF and CSV reports may also be generated automatically through USB without using the software for basic report retrieval.
