Introduction
The single-use dry ice data logger is designed for shipments and storage environments that operate far below the range of standard cold-chain devices. It can monitor ultra-low temperatures associated with dry ice, deep-freeze packaging and specialist pharmaceutical distribution.
The compact logger is placed with the product or within the qualified shipping system and records automatically throughout the journey. Configurable alarms identify excursions, while event marking and pause functions support documented handling procedures where required.
At destination, the logger connects to a computer and provides a secure PDF or CSV trip report. This allows quality teams to confirm that the required ultra-low-temperature conditions were maintained and to investigate any exposure outside the configured profile.

Freshliance Tools Software
Freshliance Tools is the configuration and analysis software used with the Atlas Log-IUT. Before deployment, users can connect the logger to a Windows or macOS computer and configure the logging interval, start delay, start mode, alarm thresholds, report options and other shipment-specific parameters.
When the logger is connected by USB, the software automatically identifies the device and displays its device information, battery status, operating state and configured settings. Recorded temperature data can be reviewed as graphs and tables, with maximum, minimum and average values available for quality assessment.
Configure before use
Set logging intervals from 1 minute to 24 hours, start delay, timed start and alarm limits.
Automatic USB detection
The connected logger is recognised automatically without an additional reader.
Detailed data analysis
Review trip graphs, tables, alarm events, marks and summary statistics.
Flexible report export
Export temperature records in PDF, CSV, TXT or PNG formats for archiving and compliance.
The Atlas Log-IUT can also automatically generate encrypted PDF, CSV or combined PDF & CSV reports directly on a computer after a trip, without requiring the software for report generation.
