Introduction
The Fresh Tracker 10 Real-time Temperature, Humidity, Geolocation, Illumination & Shock Tracking is a 4G-connected data logger developed for real-time logistics and cold-chain supervision. It monitors temperature, relative humidity, location, illumination and shock events throughout transportation and storage, then transmits current and historical records to the Freshliance Cloud.
Location information can be generated through LBS base-station positioning, WiFi positioning and optional GPS positioning. Users can access their monitoring data from the Ttracker mobile application or web platform, view shipment locations on an electronic map and respond to alarm events remotely.
Real-Time Monitoring and Positioning
The tracker uploads monitoring data through a 4G LTE Cat 1 connection at the configured uploading interval. The mobile APP and cloud platform provide electronic-map positioning, shipment status, live readings, historical records and waybill information. This helps logistics and quality-control teams identify the current position and environmental condition of sensitive cargo.
Temperature, Humidity, Illumination and Shock Monitoring
The built-in temperature and humidity sensors monitor environmental conditions during transport. Optional illumination and shock sensors can record exposure to light and physical impact. These additional measurements help users identify packaging openings, handling problems and events that may affect product quality.
APP and Cloud Platform
The tracker can be configured and controlled remotely using Ttracker and the cloud platform. Users can view online data, filter and analyse records, review automatically calculated minimum, maximum, average and MKT values, manage device groups and templates, receive alarm notifications and produce temporary or final reports.
Offline Recording and Data Recovery
If the cellular network becomes unavailable, the logger continues recording and storing data. Records that were not uploaded during the interruption are transmitted automatically after network service returns, protecting the continuity of the trip history.
Real-Time Alarm Notification
Alarm conditions can be communicated through the device LED indicator and remote SMS, email and APP push notifications. Configurable alarm thresholds help responsible personnel respond quickly when temperature, humidity, illumination or shock conditions move outside the accepted limits.
Configurable Flight Mode
Flight mode can be scheduled for air transportation. During the selected flight period, the 4G module is disabled while the device continues recording locally. At the configured end time, the tracker exits flight mode, reconnects to the network and uploads the stored historical data.
Multi-Level Administration and Data Privacy
Optional multi-level administration provides controlled access for different teams and responsibilities. Both the APP and web platform are password protected, helping organisations manage monitoring duties while protecting shipment and environmental records.
Buffered Temperature Probe
An optional propylene-glycol buffered temperature probe is available for vaccines, pharmacies and walk-in coolers. The buffered probe reduces the influence of short air-temperature changes caused by opening doors or loading equipment and more accurately represents the thermal conditions experienced by stored products.

Ttracker
Android and iOS supported
Ttracker is the mobile application developed for the Freshliance Fresh Tracker series. It supports remote device configuration and control, online data viewing, filtration and analysis, graphing with automatically calculated minimum, maximum, average and MKT values, device-record management, groups, templates and APP settings.
The application provides remote SMS and email alarm notifications, temporary and final reports, and an electronic map for global positioning of Fresh Tracker devices. The map helps users identify a specific tracker, view brief monitoring information and review waybill details.
Ttracker also supports continuous data collection and analysis during transportation, persistent offline caching and automatic data re-upload after network recovery. The home screen provides a visual summary of added devices so users can identify abnormal conditions and take precautions quickly.
